Can I place an order by phone?
Yes but some internet pricing may not be available via phone or fax. Call on 01943 811211 or fax across your order with contact and payment details to 01943 811212.
Do the prices include VAT?
The pricing is displayed showing the cost with and without VAT.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. For smaller items we offer three delivery options - 1st Class Post, Tracked 2 - 3 Day delivery and Next Working Day Delivery. For bulkier items, 1st Class Post is not available.

Royal Mail 1st Class Post : £2.12 + vat (£2.49 inc vat)
Royal Mail Tracked 2 - 3 Day Delivery : £4.25 + vat (£4.99 inc vat)
Expresspak Next Working Day Delivery : £5.95 + vat (£6.99 inc vat)
Offshore UK and Northern Scotland : £17.01 + vat (£19.99 inc vat)
When will my order be delivered?
1st Class Post : Usually 1 – 2 working days (Not Guaranteed - Please allow up to 7 working days).
Tracked Delivery : 2 - 3 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery : Next Working Day for orders placed before 4:00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Weekend deliveries by Carrier not available.
Offshore UK Deliveries will take 3 - 5 working days
Will I need to sign for a parcel when it is delivered?
Royal Mail - no. Carrier - yes.
What payment methods do you accept?
With the exception of American Express we accept all the major credit and debit cards.
Can I buy on credit?
If you are a registered business we will consider opening a credit account for you, subject to credit status. Please call 01943 811211.
